Craig Tracey MP has joined residents action asking for Julie Jackson, the leader of the local Labour Party and council leader to review the Borough Plan and kick start an immediate review of the housing figures based on new government policy.
the current NBBC borough plan is based on 2012 figures which have been revised for 2018 yet Julie Jackson and Cabinet Member for Planning & Development Neil Phillips have both refused to co-operate with.
See Craig letter NBBC requesting the immediate review: J Jackson Borough Plan
Julie Jackson so far has replied in private to Craig Tracey MP in an unofficial capacity, leading us to question if she or the council have something to hide in relation to the borough plan – she has certainly not been forthcoming in a response.
Additionally when questioned by the MP about her use of a private letter than in the official capacity of council leader, she responded officially simply confirming that she has written to him previously and that she hoped hew few line response was satisfactory as it was on headed paper.
Julie Jackson is a child planing a political game and is not listening to residents across the borough regarding the Borough Plan.
